Effekts Waterproofing was established early 2015 by Owner Ben Marum at the ripe age of 22yrs old. Ben set his sights on establishing a business that he could evolve into being an industry leader in his field where he could provide a professional service to clients.

Ben started off working for a waterproofing company for around 4 years, where he then went onto to further his knowledge by studying a " Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing " at Melbourne Polytechnic in Heidelberg. 

Since then Effekts Waterproofing has rapidly expanded every year since leaping into the scence and is fast becoming one of Melbourne's known leading waterproofing specialists.

We offer a free on site quote and client interaction experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, on-site organization, and solid, quality waterproofing every time. Have an idea with a funky shower design? Just ask us, if it’s achievable we will build it! 

We offer a compliance certificate on completion of our job. This allows new builds to pass waterproofing inspections and gain there occupancy certificate.
